The end of the story with the repair of the communicator

Chronology:
the day before yesterday passed the unit and wrote a claim
Yesterday the manager called in response to a complaint, offered to come and get another replacement device (the repair period for my device was set at 20-40 days)
At night, wrote a letter to Eugene Chichvarkin
In the morning, a girl called, introduced herself as the head of the customer service department, said that after the letter, an investigation was carried out and an inspector was installed. That same morning he was fired and the device will be ready in the evening.
Just received a mobile phone.

Result: within 20 hours after the letter was sent to Chichvarkin, the apparatus was repaired and the technical specialist was dismissed.
