Mail.ru in the first place, “Classmates” overtook “Rambler”

At the conference “Internet and Business 2008”, TNS Gallup Media published statistics on the national audience of Internet sites ( presentation of Ruslan Tagiyev in PPT format ). Today it is the most objective and up-to-date data on reaching the audience with the six largest Internet resources in Russia.

The table shows audience coverage for March 2008 in million people.

As can be seen from the table, the Mail.ru portal (5.85 million people) came out on top in Runet in terms of daily audience. The former leader of Yandex is only in second place (5.56 million). However, for the weekly and monthly All-Russian audience, as well as for the daily, weekly and monthly audience in Moscow, Yandex still holds the first place.

The Rambler, which once belonged to the “big three” of Runet, continues to worsen its position, and now has ceded even to Odnoklassniki on all counts.

Measured audience - residents of cities with a population of more than 100 thousand people aged 12-54 years.
