Video review of the laptop MSI GT72 Dominator

MSI GT72 2PE Dominator - a new line of flagship gaming laptops with a large 17.3-inch display (1920x1080, Matte, TN) in a new stylish package and with a bunch of interesting features. The device works on the Intel Core i7-4710MQ processor and the graphics card is responsible for the Geforce GTX 870M (GDDR5) video card, or GTX 880M in the Dominator Pro version. The amount of RAM is from 16 to 32 GB (in easy access there are two of four slots). For data storage, there are two 2.5-inch bays, one of which has a 1Tb hard disk with a rotational speed of 7200 rpm, and the second one contains an expansion card on which solid-state drives M.2 are installed, combined into raid 0 (in models from the review installed two drives with a total capacity of 256 GB).

MSI GT72 is equipped with the Cooler Boost function, which allows pressing a special button to increase the speed of rotation of both coolers to the maximum, which makes it possible to cool the laptop more effectively in extreme conditions. Also noteworthy is a separate sound card with four gold-plated audio connectors. The Steelseries keyboard recognizes up to 10 simultaneous key presses and has a customizable multi-colored backlight. The speaker system is made by Dynaudio and includes 2 speakers and a built-in subwoofer.
