Android developers: all out of the twilight?

Surely, all the developers in the Google Play Market have already noticed an alert that since today, from September 30th, we must publish our physical mailing address. Especially, if there are paid applications.
Legal entities are not interested in voting, problems with the publication of the address, obviously, do not cause any mental anguish.
