New update for Nokia X2 has been released

The Camera app has become both externally and functionally reminiscent of the Nokia Camera for Lumia.
For example, a new Smart-mode has appeared, which provides great opportunities for continuous shooting. This feature will be useful when the user needs to unleash their creative abilities or to be completely sure that a good frame is obtained.
The “smart” shooting mode has three options: “Best Photo”, “Motion” and “Focus on Motion”. The first of them makes a series of 7 pictures and allows you to choose the most successful of them. “Motion” automatically detects a moving object in each frame and offers to combine them (all or some of them according to the user's choice) into one picture with preservation of the general background. An example of this option can be seen in the picture above. Focus on Motion will help highlight the subject by automatically applying a motion blur effect to secondary elements. At the same time, users will be able to choose both the best shot with the subject and the degree of blurriness of the background.
Now all Nokia X2 users have access to 15 GB of OneDrive cloud storage, where you can upload photos and documents so as not to fill the phone’s internal memory. The smartphone pre-installed service OneNote, allowing you to synchronize up to 500 notes.
Selected good news for those who want to access a full-featured editing of office documents: in the application store 1Mobile (we recall, Nokia X / X2 now supports work with various application stores), you can download a full-fledged Microsoft Office Mobile package.
Another pleasant surprise for Gmail account holders will be the basic support for synchronizing contacts and mail.
To the delight of those who like to customize the devices for themselves, we have significantly expanded the possibilities of customization.
Users have the opportunity to dilute the usual tiles widgets (native and bundled with third-party applications), as well as set the background for the Fastlane event screen, the launch desktop, the application list and the lock screen. In addition, there is support for "live wallpaper" (animated backgrounds) that respond to user actions.
Nokia X2 will notify users about the availability of the update (and in Russia it is already available). You can also do this in manual mode by going to “Settings” -> “About phone” -> “Updates” and clicking “Check”.
