The Rupay system was founded in 2002. and is one of the first Russian systems to provide an automated payment acceptance tool for e-commerce businesses. Rupay serves more than 250 thousand Russian Internet users and 6 thousand online stores.

In addition to changing the brand, they plan to introduce a number of new options in the operation of the system. In particular, it introduces the function of replenishing the electronic wallet using bank cards of international payment systems Visa and MasterCard and the ability to exchange instant messages within the system.
