Red light bulb

One of my friends for a long time could not stand in one of the large companies. Actually, that's why - see the rules for visiting the office of Gender (in addition to these rules, there are rules for going to the toilet, etc.). When I read this particular document, I did not find anything terrible in it. Everything is clear, understandable, regulated. Although of course it is somewhat constraining. But each company has its own cockroaches. I wonder what you think + could work in a company with very tight nuts?

I remind you of the rules for recording and visiting the CEO's office.
1. Sign up for a real time visit. First of all, short questions will always be solved, and then long ones. Therefore, if you register for 1 minute, and you have 10 questions, other employees will sit in the reception all this time and have to wait for you to leave the office.

2. If a group of people is recorded, then in the absence of any of the group it is not necessary to come.
3. If you cancel the need for a meeting or when leaving without waiting for admission - leave the recording program.
4. If the red light is on, the input is strictly prohibited, unless you have been called by speakerphone.
5. If the secretary tells you to go in, you should wait until the red light goes out.
6. If you have not recorded, and you were announced on the speakerphone, then you need to go to the office, regardless of whether there are other visitors and regardless of whether the red light is on.
7. Before entering - knock. Wait for the answer is not necessary, if I can not accept you - I will say.
8. Everyone who is recorded for 1 minute does not need to close the door when entering the room.
9. Start talking after you entered the office can only be when you give the floor, but not from the threshold. Let me finish the work that I do while you climb up to my office.
10. If at the moment when you logged in I am talking on the phone, you do not need to start asking your question. Get out and let the conversation end.
11. If I say that the reception is over, you should stop asking questions and leave the office.
12. Accumulate questions not to be recorded every day.
13. Reduce the number of visits to the office. Necessary things, documents, etc. Do not require any accompanying conversations to pass through other staff recorded at the reception.
14. Writing down non-urgent issues to the same person twice a day is not recommended.
15. Before making an appointment - prepare - be prepared for questions on a given topic, think what you need to take with you, including necessary documents, etc., in order not to waste time and record again.
