I found a bug in the browser!

Our browser counterpart Paul Lewis, aka @aerotwist from Google, seemed rather tired of the wrong bug reports and published a flowchart today showing how to do this correctly. I could not resist and decided to translate. On the one hand, the scheme is quite obvious for those who have ever been involved in testing, on the other - it is never superfluous to remind or show the scheme to those who are not up to date.
