IBM Corporation (NYSE: IBM ) announces the launch of the new SoftLayer online portal service for Russian customers, which offers an innovative opportunity to effectively build a cloud infrastructure for Internet companies, startups and large industrial enterprises.

Thanks to the new service, Russian clients will be able to receive online consultations in Russian on weekdays from 9:30 to 18:30, as well as enter into service contracts in Russian.
