Hi, Habr!
As you already understood, I am not indifferent to
wearable electronics . And therefore I will be writing about new products that will be presented at the IFA exhibition this year. The first will be a watch from Asus - ZenWatch.

')
The first "smart" watches from Asus, which are positioned as the "perfect smart companion", were named ZenWatch. They use the Android Wear platform. They will work with smartphones on Android 4.3 and higher. And health will be traced: firstly, Asus has ZenUI Wellness app for this, secondly, the clock will count calories, steps, duration of activity, as well as measure the owner's pulse.
The watch is equipped with a touchscreen AMOLED display with a diagonal of 1.62 inches with a resolution of 320x320 pixels. The display is protected by curved Gorilla Glass 3 glass.
The design is really quite good. They look like a good classic watch.

This is the internal clock panel. There is a sensor for tracking the pulse and contacts for charging the clock.

More information about the characteristics yet. More photos from the stand are
