The mechanism of the Widgets

I came not to tell, but to ask, but I hope it will be useful to many. For several days, I am puzzling over the development of a system for working with widgets in one project (so that you can add new ones easily). I watched examples in other projects, actively googled, but did not find a worthy example. Can you share links and opinions on this?
