"MTU-Intel" is called in a new way

CJSC "MTU-Intel" announced today the change of its brand name. The company was renamed into CJSC Comstar-Direct. As follows from its press release, the change is dictated by the desire of shareholders to emphasize the company's belonging to the Comstar-UTS group (it manages the telecommunications assets of Sistema).

“A change in the company's name does not entail any changes in its activities, trademarks, or organizational-legal form,” explains the company's press service. - CJSC Comstar-Direct confirms its responsibility for all obligations of CJSC MTU-Intel, both existing in the present and those that may arise in the future, according to the conditions of the concluded contracts and agreements.
