Skype 3.0 released

Skype’s most popular VoIP client has grown to a final release of version 3.0 five weeks after the start of beta testing. This was reported by its developers in its official blog.

In the new version, users will see, for example, innovations such as public chat rooms, integration with browsers, games and many improvements in the interface and functionality.
