Have you ever come across a situation where, having set yourself a goal, you seemed to run into an invisible wall, unable to take a single step on the way to it? When it is not enough just to set yourself a task - but you still have to learn how to live with it. Many people set goals publicly in order to burn bridges and prohibit manifestations of weakness - this is the idea behind the project to

But this does not work, if the motivation turns into pressure, determination - stress, and as a result, the defense mechanisms of the psyche are included, which are expressed in the fact that a person falls into a stupor, and the larger the target, the stronger the pressure and the harder it is to move even a finger. However, even in mind games you can win.
[Something like a disclaimer] Sloth is man's friend. I think that laziness is a defense mechanism of the psyche, everyone understands. I know a lot of great programmers who sincerely consider themselves lazy people - and at the same time are able to code the code all night long. In fact, laziness and procrastination are signals of internal disagreement with goals. But if the goal is too tempting - you can try to circumvent them. After all, the voice of the subconscious is only the voice of instincts embedded in a person at a time when life was much simpler and more linear.
Life hacking, which I want to share, is based on a simple principle: if you cannot change the situation, change your attitude towards it. The best way to overcome stress pressure is to stop taking it as pressure.

Remark your negative emotions to better bear the pressure.
Take a deep breath and try to identify the emotions you are experiencing. Select them, and try to look at them from the other side: not as an obstacle, but as an opportunity. Not like a stop, but like a support. With most emotions, this is done quite easily, examples of shifting emotions are pretty obvious:
- Fear -> Waiting
- Disappointment -> Desire
- Anxiety -> Responsibility
- Indecision -> Caution
- Excitement -> Enthusiasm
- Alertness -> Curiosity
- Coercion -> Politeness
It’s probably impossible to change your feelings without pills. But to decide what they mean to you - in the will of man. You change the attitude to what you feel:
instead of being afraid of a presentation, you look forward to it;
you do not hate your job, but simply strive for the best;
you are not overwhelmed with other people's problems, but help people. Etc.This simple adjustment switches the brain from panic mode to exit search mode, and allows you to act constructively.
Changing visionFrom my own experience I can say that rebuilding should be easy: just remember once what negative emotion means - the name of its good twin brother - how further the brain will automatically remind it every time its owner catches himself on such sensations.
