HR (short for English Human Resources, literally human resources, pronounced HR) is the name of the corporate services involved in the selection and evaluation of staff, as well as other aspects of personnel management. These include, for example, recruitment agencies, head-hunting (eng. Head-hunting) companies, training companies.



At the end of the week, Golden Telecom was invited to work. The beautiful building of the business center in the city center, an entire floor was allocated for the office. The elevator is a unique element of this building, theoretically it places 4 people in itself, but visually it can be seen that the three of them will be quite crowded there. Arriving at the right floor, we find ourselves in the hall, where there are two reception. One is engaged in customer service, and on the second one they permanently glue envelopes. Nicely. Quiet.



Well, now about the main thing. Came for an interview. They gave the applicant a form, provided that the electronic form was filled out (twice) and despite the fact that they themselves invited me. I discovered a lot of interesting things that three times repeated questions can help in taking a person to work. When the essay was written, a woman came up and threw a HR business card and began to conduct an interview. For the fourth time I had to voice written in the questionnaire. Then we played role-playing games, passed psychological tests, solved not difficult problems. As a result, I got a typewriter to maintain a database, but did not go on it, calling and justifying my behavior.

My opinion.

HR - you need to eradicate, regardless of the size of the company. Human Resources enough.
