• Location - the southern coast of Crimea. Rested last year in Koktebel - this is a fairy tale! In addition, the house is located away from the roads and from the “party places”, but it’s by car close to Yalta, Alushta and a little more than an hour to Simferopol, from where you can go anywhere. • House with a large plot, and there are few other sites around. In the area there are vineyards, forest. In short, clean air and minimal noise.
• Excellent, at first glance - a well-thought infrastructure of the house: autonomous water supply (which is very important for the Crimea!), Its own parking, soundproof rooms (so that nobody interferes with each other), swimming pools with sauna, sockets in the garden! It is planned that a separate cook will prepare the food, the driver with the machine will also hire one at all.
• Wi-Fi throughout (one third hectare).

Cons, in my opinion, there are the following.

• The main disadvantage - the Internet is very rotten. I quote:

  The site is unclear, 375 Kbps at all, or at each (but even this figure seems rather rotten, and it is unclear what the prepaid traffic will be and how much you will have to overpay for additional).
• Lease terms - mainly from 1 year. I do not know how good the conclusion of the same people in the co-working space will be for a year or more. I think this is a matter for discussion.
• Still, nearby there is no normal social infrastructure to which citizens are accustomed: from grocery supermarkets and electronics stores (I do not know what they are in Yalta and Simferopol) to hospitals. How will the hospitalization and treatment of Russians (pah-pah-pah) be done - all the more incomprehensible.
• A small area of ​​bathrooms - 3-4 square meters. m. (including shower, toilet and sink). Cramped for my taste.
• Well, the last - the price. The cost will be from 550 to 850 euros per month, depending on the room. Perhaps this is a bit (especially by Moscow standards), but not everyone can afford it. :) However, this is probably not the goal of the owners. :)
