Remote kill smartphones

Last week in California, USA, a draft law was considered, according to which any smartphone sold from July 2015 in California should be able to remotely shut down on command - even so that hard reset did not help.

Of course, this is provided for in case of theft, and of course it is assumed that if the phone is returned to the rightful owner, this owner will somehow be able to recover his property.

But such a touching concern for robbed owners of smartphones leads to bad thoughts.

Let's say you have excitement somewhere in the square. It would be great to cut down all the smartphones in the territory at once so that no unwanted elements post videos on YouTube and send tweets inviting even more unwanted elements.
