Debian turns 21 today!

21 years ago, on August 16, 1993, Ian Murdock (Jan Murdock), as a student at Purdue University, announced the creation of a new distribution called [Debian]. This day is considered the birthday of the Debian operating system.

The first OS issues (0.01 - 0.90) were issued during a very short period from August to December 1993.
