Development of user satisfaction survey

I am currently developing a user satisfaction survey. It will be the first such Russian-language tool that has passed the due psychometric study and testing.

To create a questionnaire, about 400 possible characteristics of websites were collected, then their number, as a result of several stages of the expert group, was reduced to 51.

At this stage, it is intended to single out several main factors explaining the range of answers for 51 points. The number of points will be further reduced by the results of statistical processing. After that, the questionnaire will be brief enough to use in real practice.
