Baidu BlogSearch is open

Chinese search engine Baidu opens a search on blogs , reports Xinhua news agency. This is the first Chinese service specializing in weblogs.

Blog search by Baidu is expected to have good prospects, because bloggers in China (according to company statistics) - almost 20 million people (this is 24% more than last year). More than 52 million blogs are being created in Chinese, and there are already 1,460 blogging sites (the most popular are Qzone, Sina.com, MSN Spaces and Sohu.com).
