Let's start working on a business plan
It is time to systematize the knowledge and desires in the development of an online store. A business plan is best suited for this. At least this is my big IMHO.
I want to note that I see two goals for a business plan :
The same business plan is, in some way, a control for the management of the company / company. A business plan shows how well managers are guided and know the market, how much soberly they can assess the position of a company / firm.
I heard several times that a business plan is written once for a certain amount of time ahead. There is some truth here, but this “nth time” should be quite small (determined individually), so as not to lose the ability to adjust to the market. The market is changing "every day", because the business plan must be adjusted to the current state of the market. Timely adjustments and improvements significantly increase the likelihood of continuous use of the business plan.

Another important aspect of a business plan is to define the goals of a company, but not in the form of “making more money”, but say “provide better quality” or “increase service speed”. The most important thing is that these goals can, or even should, be told to everyone in the company. It has long been known that a person does something better when he knows a goal, and not just follows direct instructions.
Let us turn to the main point: “what should the store’s business plan contain?” . It is on the example of an online store that I will build a business plan. Initially I will work on the following list:

- R & D - Scientific research and development work - I will describe the creation of the site, or rather TK
- Risks
- Conclusion
