How is it easier to start working with PostgreSQL with MySQL experience?

There was a task for me to make friends with PostgreSQL. I myself am a PHP developer and still used the MySQL DBMS. For her, I have a fairly high level. How, having spent the least effort, start working with Postgres? Rereading the manual is a lot of wasted time, because the differences between the two DBMSs are not very large. I tried to search for articles on the topic of migration, but found nothing sensible. Maybe someone has such articles in bookmarks, or someone wrote himself? Or be able to share the experience?

Of course, this is about something more complete than describing differences in counters (incremental fields).
