Soap and browsers

I went to the mailnica.ru website (clicked on the banner on the right), looked, kind of liked it. I decided to get mail, potestit.
From what came out during registration, I was very surprised and indignant:

Then, returning to the main page, I understood the same - why it does not work normally:

I wonder why do this? Can't you ever do something normal !?
Though they hung the slogan: “Down with the soap factories! The address is handmade in the Soapbox! ”, They didn’t start to grow their hands from the right place.

update: It is outraged not even that it does not work (everyone got used to it :), but the fact that the banner was hung on a site that is mostly visited by people who do not open IE in principle.
