Procedural snippets: my idea

Now I am developing with my team CMS (if you want to know what you look at my previous posts), I decided to make something special. And my idea seemed obvious to me. For CMS, the client will soon be made to java (j2me) and this is one of the shortest ways to use procedural snippets. For example, there is a library of actions, there is, for example, a script that replaces all such and such phrases that the user indicates, the user opens the Terminal tab in the Java client, writes change_phrases_title [new name], sends, the procedural snippet core accepts, finds script and substitutes the parameter (in this case, the new name).
