How in the WMS-systems is usually implemented delivery of orders?

So,

The process of picking deliveries on orders is very dependent on the company's business processes. For large orders (or several packages) there is a practice:
')
The order is selected and placed in the cells of the shipment zone.

Planned route. The document “Route sheet” (ML) on the vehicle (TS) is created. It is determined which orders get into it and in what sequence.

According to the orders included in the ML, a loading task is created (loading control in the vehicle), the storekeeper picks up the cargo points of the order and places it in the vehicle.

There is a practice of delivering a large number of small orders to a single vehicle. This practice is often used in distribution centers of large wholesale and retail companies. In this case, the vehicle can carry cargo at several points (for example, at five points), there are 20 cargo places in the vehicle, more than 100 orders are in the cargo places. In this case:

1. Orders are selected in stock.

2. Orders are being monitored. At the end of control, they are placed in the cargo areas planned for delivery (pre-prepared boxes, containers, etc., having the appropriate unique identification). When placed in cargo locations (GM), the condition is controlled: all orders of this GM are transported to one point.

3. At the end of the assembly, the dispatcher plans the vehicle, for this he uses the following information:

3.1. List of orders to be delivered (Delivery point, Weight, volume, advanced parameters (priority, etc.).)

3.2. The pool of vehicles available for delivery (dimensions, capacity, permits for movement in zones of the city, etc.)

3.3. Route (sequence of detour points of delivery).

4. Having planned the vehicle, the system creates loading tasks allowing:

4.1. Determine which GMs should be immersed in the vehicle

4.2. The sequence of loading GM in the vehicle (reverse unloading at the points of delivery).

4.3. Printing accompanying documents.

There are also hybrid schemes, but they all partially reflect what was described above.
