The dark side of Google Play

The application immediately falls under a certain filter, and the number of new installations is reduced from 5000 / day to 2000. I assumed that this is an icon. The icon was taken from here , distributed under the license of Attribution 3.0 Unported (CC BY 3.0) and judging by the text of the license it is allowed to use it for non-commercial purposes. However, the icon clearly carries a tribute to the winamp icon and, in order not to anger Google, I changed the icon on the same day by writing to Google Play. The following letter:



That's a surprise, I thought. This is clearly some kind of mistake, and wrote about it in Google Play. But apparently it was too late:


What is the conclusion? Any competitor can "click" on your application complaints, about the fact that there is porn, drugs, sex, violence and violation of intellectual property. And Google will remove the application without understanding.

Of course, I wrote a refutation in google play, as in the previous 2 times. Of course, I will start the application again, with a different identifier, as advised by the google play team, but about a hundred thousand active users are irretrievably lost.
