From August 1, the Internet in Russia will be blocked with whole subnets

The infamous "law on bloggers" begins on August 1, and the other day Roskomnadzor posted changes to the format of uploading its registry of banned sites.

Here they are -

Changes in the mechanism for receiving unloading from August 1, 2014

1. For each entry in the upload, a mandatory entryType attribute is entered with the type
registry entry in the form of a numeric code. Possible values:
Code Meaning
1 UAIS Registry
2 Registry NAP
3 Registry 398-
4 Registry 97-FZ, information dissemination organizers
')
2. An additional ipSubnet tag is introduced to indicate the ip-subnet. It is located inside
content tag and has the following form (after the "/" symbol indicates the number of bits
network addresses):

192.168.10.0/24

3. At the level of the xsd-scheme, tags url, domain, ip, ipSubnet become optional. None
however, for entries like entryType = 1,2,3, the same logic is preserved - in each entry
there is always one domain name, one or more site page indexes and one
or several network addresses. For entries like entryType = 4, there will be
there must be at least one network address or at least one subnet. Domains and
site indexes for such records may be missing.

I remind you that the reason for entering the registry is the refusal of a foreign host to either keep all their logs on the territory of the Russian Federation, or provide the FSB with full access to their servers - conditions are absolutely unacceptable for almost everyone.
The penalty for failure to cooperate is the ban of the entire host on subnets.

However, earlier Roskomnadzor has already proposed a way out of this unpleasant situation.
Another question is that many did not like this decision at all.
