2. The quality of communication when calling from a computer to a landline phone is absolutely unacceptable. It is normal to talk without straining, it did not work even once. Talking straining turned out, it seems, 1 or 2 times. In all other cases - just unreal. Call back from mobile or by skype. For the sake of fairness, it should be noted that in general there were not very many talk attempts - just because of the poor quality of the connection, there was no need to try too much. At the same time, there is a connection, there are no errors, so formally everything seems to be in order.
3. Well, I think, okay ... $ 3 prepaid - a penny, let them lie, maybe, when the thread will be able to use them. Where there! Today RANDOMLY on the habr read about the fact that sipnet.ru entered the subscriber. WITHOUT WARNING. And even just to inform the clients of the post-factum did not bother.
