Is it right to work with people who do not want to work?
We in the studio really miss the good, smart, fanatical programmers, coders and layout designers who want to do every single tag correctly, so we have to take those who "just can."
Today I look at another site and see that the guy is relaxed and does everything “as long as it works.” I tell the manager, Vovan, I have to write out lyuly. Vova writes out, but I see little, the man did not understand. I say, ask him who exactly he wants to be, a programmer-x @ epetom, who is spending his money, or a super-monster, really worth something (although both of them can receive the same salary). Vova responded to me, programmers and so few where to take them, and suddenly get offended. Still, forced Vova to treat him well. They gave the man to think till morning. Vova booted. And why? Why work with people who do not want to work?
And the point here is not in the interestingness of the projects, not in the wages, not in the level of knowledge, but in relation to the matter. Others can never be redone, the person believes that if the site works, then he has done his job, but I want people to work with me who are interested in doing better, which conscience will not allow to write on the tables, when it is possible on the blocks, even if the user there will be no harm (and there are codes in which the author himself does not understand, and the devil will break his leg).
A true professional, I believe, should love my job and be approached to work with the responsibility that a good doctor fits in with a serious operation, like Jan Chichold to layout, if you want.

PS The accrual of the same salary to the programmer-x @ eplet and super-monster, really something worthwhile was meant not in the framework of one studio. Programmer's @ eplet, in one studio can receive as much as a super monster in another. Yes, and Mr. Lebedev in the studio is not the highest salary, you believe me.
