Every day the region, which is called the North Atlantic, crosses from 2 to 3 thousand aircraft. Air traffic between Canada, the United States and Europe is very active, because many people need to cross the airspace for one purpose or another.

In order to visualize the number of flights, as well as the complexity of the work of dispatchers, pilots and all employees of the aviation industry, NATS presented an interesting visualization.

In total on video 2524 flights belonging to the North Atlantic region. About half of these flights, 1273 flights, pass through the “gate to Europe”, Shanwick OCA .
