The determinant of the type of blocking sites at the provider

I wrote here a small program that allows you to determine the type of blocking sites from the registry, used by the provider. It can determine the substitution of DNS, DNS forwarding, IP / Port restricted DPI, Full DPI, and of course IP blocking, of course.
The program sends the type of lock used to the server, in the future it will be possible to create a table by providers.
