Psi 0.12 Release Candidate Released

After waiting for the Fools' Day evening, the Psi development team, one of the best jabber clients, announced Psi-0.12-RC2. There is nothing new in terms of functionality in this release, however, according to the authors, all critical bugs of the RC1 version have been removed.
