Ma.gnolia implements spam protection

One of the most popular social services for storing “bookmarks” - Ma.gnolia starts using Akismet as a spam protection.

Protection will act in such a way as not to affect the “personal space” of users: links that are defined by Akismet as spam will not be displayed in the search results for the site, but will remain on the user's personal page and in the search results for his bookmarks.

Akismet is a development of Automattic , a spam detection system used, in particular, in blogs on the Wordpress engine.
