"Runner" opened contextual cafe

The company “Runner” opened the first contextual high-tech cafe in Russia. As reported on the site , the company has planned for a long time to apply its technologies for organizing business in other industries. The idea became a reality with the advent of a new office on Tula.

The cafe, with an area of 250 sq.m., will operate according to a unique concept developed by the company's analysts. After the completion of the experiment, “Runner” expects to offer a franchise to its dealers, and in a short time to create a network of more than 1,000 such cafes throughout Russia.

The cafe is built on the proven principles of "Runner" - an auction, payment for the result and personal communication. First, café visitors are offered a context menu based on a personal order history. Secondly, the cost of drinks and dishes in the cafe is formed as part of the auction - customers pay as much as they are willing to pay. The cost of the order determines the speed of its submission to the visitor. Well, and, thirdly, the visitor pays for only those dishes and drinks that he liked. Also at lunchtime, we are ready to offer hungry customers a complex lunch: “Image” - for those who like to eat nicely, and “Analytical” - a perfectly balanced lunch, selected by dietitians, taking into account the individual needs of the client.

The convenient location of the cafe next to the metro and business center, as well as interest in the unique concept in the first hours provided a queue of visitors. The photo also shows personal managers, who form individual orders to their clients, and a face-fraud specialist, who controls the security of clients.

Alexey Basov commented on the new step of his company: “With the opening of a cafe, we plan not only to diversify our business, but also to demonstrate how universal and effective the principles on which contextual advertising is based.”
