The metric, a tool for analyzing site traffic, successfully works in
Yandex.Direct as a means of evaluating the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, and is also used to
determine the quality of the audience of partner sites, which, in turn, affects the price of conversions on advertisements.
Reports for advertisers and partners are available at the link “Site attendance statistics”, which is located in the “Statistics” column. For partners, they now contain data collected only by an advertising code. To get the Metrics code for the rest of your site, use the link at the top of any report page.
Since the ad code is usually not installed on all pages of the partner site and the data collected may be incomplete, Yandex now allows the partner to receive and install the usual Metric counter code on other pages of his site that does not show ads and serves only to collect data about visitors. This will improve the accuracy of determining the quality of the audience for the needs of the advertising network, and the partner - to receive additional reports on the attendance of their site.
