User dissatisfaction with one of the conditions for using Adobe Photoshop Express

As you know, last week, Adobe opened the online service Photoshop Express .
But the users of this service were displeased with the eighth paragraph of the General Terms document, which describes the rules of operation. Under the terms of this clause, Adobe reserves the right to modify and distribute user-generated content, while earning profit in one form or another.

8. Using your Material.

1. Adobe does not claim ownership of your Material. However, with respect to your Material, which you have sent or made available for inclusion in public areas of the Service, you are giving Adobe international, royalty-free, non-exclusive, endless, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensed rights to use, distribute, generate income, or other rewards from reproduction, modification, adaptation, publication, translation, public presentation of such Material (in whole or in part) and for incorporation of such Material into other works or works in any format or environment developed now or in the future.

2. “Publicly accessible” Service Areas are those areas of the Adobe network that are intentionally made by Adobe available to the general public. However, the publicly accessible areas of the Service do not include Private Communication Services or outside the Adobe network, such as Web sites that are accessible via hypertext or other links, but not hosted on the server or not maintained by Adobe.
I apologize for the not very folding translation of the legal text.
