Idea for the site: new comments

When a discussion of an article grows on many pages, it would be convenient to have a way to quickly move on to new comments. For example, it can be a static panel with buttons for moving to the next and previous new comment. Or it may be a link immediately after the topic, which will turn on / off showing only new comments.

I can not write to the appropriate topic, such is karma.
