For several weeks now, as some of my colleagues, partners and friends who do not possess sufficient skill in technology, have told me: “we cannot open your page, we are asked to create an account!”
The page in question is a shared note in Evernote. Recently, in the notes shared on the web, the service began to show such an "unobtrusive" invitation to create an account:

The purpose of the proposal is clear. Method - absolutely incomprehensible. The whole essence of sharing content to any person is completely lost, the beginner will not be able to view the content, because they will not notice / do not understand that you can actually click the “Skip” link. And any IT specialist popup will be annoying. I know, Evernote, you read Habr. Think of a softer way to offer registration in the service, make mercy!
