5 lessons that I learned from creating my online services

1. Do not plan everything from the very beginning to the smallest detail .
(If you do not design a ballistic missile, of course). In the process of implementation, you will receive new interesting ideas and a better understanding of some things. It is possible that some of the functions that you so carefully designed will not be in demand at all.

I made a part of the features - upload it to the site, let friends (first users) test it, see what they say.

The first releases will be a breakdown of the pen, you will look for what works and what does not, what is good and what is not. Therefore, spend less time on the beauty of the code and the harmony of the database and more new features, new features.

2. In the development process, sometimes test on users.
Ask your wife or girlfriend to perform simple operations. What you thought was obvious in the use of your service may be difficult for others to understand.
')
3. Users will find the use of your service, which you did not even suspect.

4. Carefully work on the main page.
If you can’t explain on the main page what the service is and why it is needed, it will remain unclaimed by the majority. In this case, no matter how great everything works inside.

5. Be ready to work hard and hard.
Probably every startup creator hopes for instant success. This happens very rarely, get ready to work hard and invest your time and effort before you get at least some return. In these moments, it is very important to find motivation, sometimes just hands fall.

And lastly, no matter what you do and what fate awaits the project - you get experience, and this is the most important thing . If it doesn’t work this time, you will do even better next time.
