On March 29 at 20-40, the websites hosted at the RBC hosting center at the KIAEHOUSE site at the Research Institute named after Kurchatov.

Surprisingly, the data center is located in the same tight area with ROSNIIROS and large providers of Runet: the KIAEHOUSE site is considered one of the most reliable in Moscow. The phone numbers of the technical support service are “temporarily unavailable”, communication with the support is carried out only via e-mail.

Due to an accident on the network of the trunk operator OJSC RTComm.RU, access to part of the resources of the RBC Hosting Center is difficult. The problem was promptly localized by the specialists of Hosting Center RBC in cooperation with the technical services of RTComm.RU. Currently, RTKomm.RU specialists are engaged in restoring normal operation.
In the course of the restoration work, it is possible that communication with telephone support specialists is difficult.
