MX2014 Video - Managing Experience
Presentations from the MX2014 - Managing Experience conference, held March 16-17 in San Francisco. I have long wanted to get on it and this year it turned out - this is a unique event in terms of composition and themes. Presentations were sent to participants, but for some reason have not yet been made publicly available. The most powerful performances are at Todd Wilkens from IBM, Bill Scott from Netflix and closing from Brandon Schauer. There was a lot of bullshit, in many respects from the guys from service design (solid water about values ​​without specifics).
