Internet companies of the new generation, such as Facebook, have increased their fat and now make up real competition with Google. This competition is acute in the struggle for human resources. According to experts , the company actually can practically do nothing to stop the outcome. Most Google options have a duration of four or five years, so now it’s more profitable for talented employees to look for new opportunities.

From google to facebook

	Sheryl Sandberg , Former Vice President, International and Online Sales. Was considered the main ideologist of the advertising business and strategy in Google, where she worked for six years. Moved to Facebook for the position of COO, it happened on March 5, 2008.
