Indexing applications: now in Russian

Last December, we announced the start of testing the possibility of indexing mobile applications in Google Search. Already in April of this year, we began to display links to mobile applications in the Search results on Android devices for English-speaking users around the world . Starting from today, users in Russia and several other countries will be able to see direct links to applications in the Search output and decide whether to switch to the mobile version of the site or view content in the Android application at once. We add to the results of the first content creators in other languages: Fairfax Domain, MercadoLibre, Letras.Mus.br, Vagalume, Idealo, L'Equipe, Player.fm, Upcoming, Au Feminin, Marmiton and chip.de. In the US, we are also starting to support several more applications - Walmart, Tapatalk and Fancy.

We also translated our recommendations for developers interested in adding their application to the Google index into eight languages, including Russian!
