I want to tell you how I combined the regional network and stream.
I had a stream, but it turned out to be not enough for me, because in order to download a large file (film, game, etc.), it was necessary to wait at least a day, or even more.
At home I have 3 computers [mine (WinXP), stepfather (WinXP) and a server (Win2003)] and it all works through the adsl-wifi router D-Link DSL-G604T. Had me the net, and I had to distribute all these resources to everyone.
I connected the grid to the server and he saw everything happy, happy, but did not want to share (he has 2 network cards, in one he has a home network in another district). Climbing on an Internet for 2-3 hours, I found out that I need to raise either a proxy or NAT. Thinking I chose NAT. How to install and configure it in Win2003 read
here .
After this, the matter remains small: Make an entry in the routing table on each computer. I made the following entry:
route ADD 10.0.0.0 MASK 255.0.0.0 192.168.1.2
+ through it the site of the network area provider.
I hope that this story will save someone a couple of hours of searching in the internet.
I do not want to give up the stream as the Internet, because It is much more stable than the network. Pah-pah-pah.
