Conference "Education 2.0"
Today I happened to attend the conference " Education 2.0 " which was held in Moscow (New Manege).
The conference began with a debate on which the problems of the influence of the Internet on education, as well as the Internet as an instrument of education, were voiced.
Those who have already been able to apply modern technologies somewhere (including a focus on Web 2.0) in education were invited as experts.
From experts I think the most recognizable person on the Internet is Ilya Shchurov

In general, all these debates did not lead to anything, all the questions and topics were mixed, but I think the participants made a number of conclusions for themselves.

Further, after the debates, there was a 5-hour program of master classes in 4 classrooms with breaks at the Coffee Break. These workshops taught about the features and settings of GoogleApps, as well as their practical application on the websites of educational institutions ... But I didn’t discover anything new there (I think this will not be new to my readers either), so I will not cover them.

At the end, Google distributed to everyone a bag with branded T-shirts and 1GB flash drives, which contained a description of the seminar and all the master classes in PDF format.
