Karma loan

The topic is explained by the fact that:

- a certain amount of (limited :) cartridges appeared, but I think it would not be rational to distribute them,
- I think that among those who do not have the opportunity to post a lot of talented people who have something to share with society,
- most of the people who asked for raising karma to an acceptable level in the topic of raising karma out of a sense of social justice did not realize the opportunities obtained,
- I do not like it when they are asked to propsyut, with a promise to post a useful topic, and do not fulfill their promises (there is a precedent, and not one),
- “free cheese only in a mousetrap” (for those who apply should pay for information and knowledge).

Having a little thought over this situation, I thought up an elegant solution ... So how to get + in karma (and therefore the ability to use the habr without restriction) is very difficult for commenting, then for a person with zero or a small minus, there are no opportunities to produce useful information .
The easiest way is to ask, but first, you can get another minus for it; secondly, many people simply do not like to ask, because of which they are captives of the situation “in the morning money-in the evening chairs” .
The idea is that the person in need refers, for example to me, but not as an EXPERIENER, but as a BORROWER, provides some information about future publications, gets what he needs and IMMEDIATELY implements his plans. If the BORROWER does not live up to his promises, he receives a minus from me (guaranteed, although I don’t like to minus :) and certainly from other habriders, than he permanently excludes himself from the active life of Habr.

Thus, everyone will get what they deserve, talents - green, not adequate - red.
