New version of Explay CMS

Explay CMS is my own development, created under the impression of social networks, and especially from Habr. He did it solely out of good intentions to help those who do not have the funds to develop their engine, but there is a worthwhile idea of ​​a new startup.

- users can create and edit articles;
- users can create and join blogs;
- You can find friends and communicate with them by internal mail;
- Clouds and tag search;
- new editor;
- insert video;
- Declination and human date format;
- ratings (karma) of users and blogs;
- an opportunity to see who and how voted for karma;
- new user group - moderators.
