When Shvarma lies on her back to be stroked, she cannot turn over by herself - the hulled barrel interferes. If someone (say, the owner) suddenly misses his dog, and wishes to see her, he can be sent straight to the kitchen. Because Shvarma and her friends are always there, where they cook and eat.

Home-like atmosphere in the office is not the know-how of
Hola management. All this: private rooms, ping-pong tables, a professional chef in the office, no dress code (slippers and warm sweatshirts with the company logo attached), as well as joint holidays and the ability to bring dogs and children to work - super loving But this is more of a competition: spoiled high-tech employees are becoming more demanding.

“Office-home” in this case is a pleasant part of business organization: programmers whose household problems are solved work better. In addition, when employees dine at the office, they spend less time searching for a suitable cafe in the area and on the “round-trip” road. Well, and eat much better. Another plus: for a general dinner, in principle, they can chat about anything, but they mostly talk about work.
However, the professional cook is not the main thing that creates the atmosphere in the Hola office. The main thing is respect and democracy. Hola has only two directors: Ofer Vilenski (general) and Derry Sribman (technical). The remaining employees are equal, and communicate directly with the authorities. Practice has shown that this is the most effective way to interact. Especially considering that a significant part of the staff works remotely.
