Formula project management: a workshop with the heroes of Futurama

The videos turned out useful, collected their 10,000+ views, good comments - and this, of course, made us happy. Because we are just launching a new online program, selikhovkin “Project Management Formula” .

What will happen inside the program:
1. “Hardware”: a video course on project management from 80+ lessons, built on the example of PMBOK, illustrated by the heroes of Futurama (thanks for the idea to colleagues from JavaRush!). In addition to PMBOK, we will also analyze the portfolio management standard, rely on the risk management standards, the “expansion” of the PMBOK for the IT sector, the project manager's competency assessment model and some other PMI frameworks (much less well known than PMBOK but extremely useful in real life) .
2. Practice and case studies: we fix the “materiel”: we learn to apply abstract theory in real life: we create schedules, build critical paths, experiment with risks.
3. “Imitation of a corporation”: one huge case - a mega-company specializing in IT development and production of equipment (and also a little engaged in consulting), where you, the training listener, are invited to the position “head of the project office”. Work in the company is far from ideal, and you have to clean up the projects of various types.

Since 2010, we have launched online training programs for all kinds of managerial things. In total, more than 1,500 people suffered from these programs, many came, someone already brought their employees and colleagues.
This year we decided to change everything. I wanted to make the program much more practical. I had to go through the second coaching youth, redesign many exercises, cases, tools, so that they could work if there was a coach in the studio and motivated listeners on the ground.
Not avoided the re-design and our project management program for PMI. The author of the program, selikhovkin, made a heroic effort and did a month-long intensive workshop. Examples of video lessons:
