[mind map] Specification of a good PMA

image
Friends, thanks for the positive comments after our last video “How to put things in order from the bottom: 90 days from the mess to the project office” ! We decided to continue the conversation with our project management expert Ivan Selikhovkin ( selikhovkin ). And they touched upon such a holivar topic as the knowledge and skills that a good PM should possess.

I clearly remember how after a couple of years working at Intel, I had a clear conviction that I know how to. The conviction was soon revised many times after working with outsourcing companies (oh, how many varieties are there!), Startups, IT departments of non-IT companies, etc.

Expanding the context (not important, engineer or manager) - damn important thing. Therefore, in addition to stuffing my own cones, it was always interesting for me to talk with people who have diverse experience and a broad outlook. selikhovkin is definitely one of them. As a system person, Ivan sketched the intellect card “Knowledge and skills of a good project manager,” along which the story led.

Intellect card:

If you are just starting your journey in project management, then you now have a good checklist to check on what exactly to focus on in the near future.

If you have already lived a small (or big!) Life in project management, then you probably have your own opinion on this topic and the role of the manager in it. Do you agree? Do not agree? There is something to complement or oppose - we will be glad to hear your opinion in the comments.
